Frequently Asked Questions

Are appliances or window coverings included in the price?

The price shown on your home does not include appliances or window coverings as some people already have them or have very personal preferences. We do have packages where we can include either or both of them and your price is increased to reflect your choices.

This may be advantageous to you if you would like to include the total cost in your financing package as well as we receive a contractor discount for volume purchasing and we pass that discount along to you.

Featured Partner

Stroll Marquette's waterfront and you'll witness the work of Barry Polzin. No other artist has shaped our city more than Barry. A graduate of Northern Michigan University and the University of Michigan, he has been a licensed architect since 1978 with hundreds of projects credited to his resume, including award-winning homes and commercial renovations.

A Marquette native, he's inspired by Lake Superior's beauty as well as Marquette's rich history. He also understands shore-line living so his designs take advantage of cutting-edge energy saving techniques and materials designed to last.

A view from the top.
